But buying any sunscreen just because it has a high SPF is not a good idea. There are two types of sun rays: UVA and UVB. For you to be fully protected, sunscreen needs to protect you from both these rays. Most sunscreens only protect you from UVB but not UVA. So make sure you pick up a sunscreen with a high SPF that protects you from both types of rays.
Popping Your Pimple Is the Fastest Way to Get Rid of Acne
